KryoTrans is the UK manufacturer of a unique, patented and award-winning system for the safe delivery of critical and valuable temperature-sensitive products such as vaccines, enzymes and clinical trial materials.

The KryoTrans container is reusable and features an integral data logger that monitors and records both external and load core temperatures during the trip, it also logs instances when the container is opened during the trip. This provides a complete validation record for every consignment.

The system does not require an external power source, as it uses eutectic plates or dry ice to maintain various temperature ranges: +2 to+8°C,-15 to -25°C and +25°C to +15°C or -80°C (other temperature ranges are also available). The KryoTrans container is of a very rugged construction, built to withstand the rigours of repeated international transportation.

The KryoTrans software provides the sender and recipient with a complete history of the shipment and provides verification that the materials are safe to use.

Biocair’s core range of packaging has various applications, including the transport of temperature-sensitive material and dangerous goods in compliance with ICAO/ IATA/ ADR standards.
