or email address below, you can at any time request
access to data held (although Biocair may charge
you an administration charge of no more than £10 for such access) and you may request that such data be amended. Biocair may, from time to time, pass on your details to other relevant companies if you have consented to Biocair doing so. Such consent is provided to Biocair when you provide us with your details. If, you have provided your consent and subsequently, you object to any information you supply Biocair with being used by other companies, you may 'opt-out' by simply stating your objection to Biocair in writing and Biocair will ensure that your information is used by Biocair alone in future. Whilst you are not required to register with
Biocair to use the Site, you do need to do so
to take advantage of some additional features
such as advance notification of, or participation
in, offers, surveys, service updates, online
booking, track and trace and other information
that may be of interest to you. Following registration,
the user has membership for an indefinite period,
or until either party terminates the agreement.
The user can terminate his/her membership, with
a 28 day lee way period before actual termination.
Biocair has the right to terminate a users membership
at immediate notice. If any damage is incurred
as a result of a user breaking his/her contract
with us, then the user is responsible for paying
for those damages. When registering, you will
be required to impart some limited personal information
about yourself (i.e. your name and email address)
and demographic information (i.e. your company
and business address). We use this information
as well as other profile data gathered during
Site usage to build a loose picture of your business
interests and preferences so that we can both
improve our service and offer you greater personalisation.
This information also allows us to confirm and/or
validate your competition or promotional entries and develop other more specific offerings based on your preferences. We may disclose certain statistics on an aggregate, anonymous basis to our partners and other carefully selected companies without sharing any of your personal information with them; so that we may provide you with offers and services tailored to your specific interests and requirements. Such companies let us know who might be interested in their offers or promotions; which we match against our data; and provide us with the full details, which we may then forward to you if we consider them relevant. cannot be held responsible if anyone else accesses
your emails. If you send Biocair an email, you
