As per our previous article, every shipment handled by Biocair now receives an electronic Proof of Delivery which is emailed directly to the customer who placed the order.
Many of our customers work in small teams in which each member needs to know the status of their shipments. Biocair have introduced the facility for our customers to add an additional email address that will also receive their PODs. This is particularly useful for those with a team email address – add this in, and your whole team will receive your PODs at exactly the same time as you do.
If you wish to add an additional email address for your PODs please email sales@biocair.com stating your request.
