This movement can be achieved using our Domestic Service. The Biocair refrigerated vehicle was pre-cooled to the required temperature of +2 C and was in place at the precise time arranged 10:30hrs local time. The clinical staff identified the sample to be collected, which was then placed inside a Biocair sample bag and closed with a coded security tag, this was then placed into the insulated packaging.

Paperwork to accompany the samples were placed inside a document holder within the packaging, which was then sealed. The vehicle left the hospital at 10:45hrs and the samples were given to the named scientist at the research site at 11:50hrs. The extreme time sensitivity of such trials mean that we often repeat this exercise three times in a day, at any hour of the day and with little notice.
